I was always thought once you buy a vehicle from a dealer they move to the next customer, this is not the case at Gunnedah Toyota, i had my vehicle serviced recently and have never been so impressed at a dealership, the whole service team were outstanding, i was kept informed ,was served coffee while i waited and the price was as agreed ,Thanks to everyone,Look forward to coming backFantasic job
Though I've not bought a car from them, I've been dealing with Gunnedah Toyota since a long time now. They are Professionals. Mick, Renee and even Ryan are super friendly and ready to assist you whatever the situation. The part I really love about them is that, they aren't the pushy type. They patiently hear you out, and give the right recommendations. If my next car is a Toyota, its definitely from Gunnedah Toyota.
Me and my partner had visited Australia for a short while, and had a friend's Corolla to drive around. However, we got a slight ding in it and called Gunnedah Toyota. They kept to their word (whatever we spoke on phone) - I walk in and the car gets excellent treatment, and Im out of there shortly without having to have service push me to get extra paid work done.
