Sick of staff forgetting to put a spoon in your boxes meal. How the hell you suppose to eat the potato and gravy. Otherwise chicken was good

Disgraceful, waited for 12min in drive thru was then told fresh chicken would be 14mins but left there over 35mins later and only after we went in to collect the food. This is becoming a regular occurrence unfortunately, either no chicken at all or a very long wait. Very frustrated!!
Lol these recent 4/5 star reviews are BS. Service is incredibly slow, like legit, how long does it take to get me chips and make a burger? A 5min or less job takes them 10-15mins.What's worse is waiting that long and you get given old chips and/or old/firm chicken. Orders get mixed up from time to time in drivethru too. I also hate it when I walk in, no one is lined up, staff see me but continue walking around looking like they're busy then 5-10mins later someone decides to come out and serve.
